| Summary:
We
have hundreds of requests per week from potential clients who want
a cost estimate for equipment. Most of the time, these
requests do not provide enough information to be of any value
because of the hundreds of different items available that are all
called by the same name. For example, did you know that
there are over 1,000 different "six burner range with
oven" units? The possible items range in cost from $750
to $5,000. Rather than turn down these requests that would
really be of little value and might cast us in the wrong price
range, we can offer you one of our sample sales proposals prepared
for real clients. These are equipment-oriented budget
proposals and typically do not include POS systems, cash
registers, or furniture of wall decor, etc. Your particular
establishment may need more or less equipment than the items
specified in the proposal.
Cost:
One
of the most common questions we receive is "why don't you
send these quotes to me for free? " We charge for these
quotes because they have been developed by experts in the
restaurant industry and must be constantly reviewed and
updated. Another aspect of this cost is the value the quotes
provide to you both for planning and budgeting. A good
example of this value is to compare it to your relationship with
your accountant. You pay for the expert services they
provide and in the long run the accountant saves you money by
allowing you to make smarter decisions with your finances.
We provide this information to allow you to make solid "game
plan" in developing your restaurant. This type of
planning will save you money by enabling you to "do it right
the first time."
Delivery
of Proposal:
Often times, these quotes can be e-mailed to you in a PDF format
within just a few hours of placing your order. At the very
latest (such as weekends, after-hours orders, holiday's, etc.),
proposals will be sent out to you by 10:00 AM the following
day. We can also send you a printed version of the quote via
Priority Overnight Federal Express service for an additional fee
($10.00).
